    Qingdao Weiming School has adopted the international education mode combining the Chinese and foreign teachers for the English education in the primary school.     Adrian  Marc Tanner, 英國(guó)人，畢業(yè)于伯明翰大學(xué)，獲得教育學(xué)士學(xué)位。英語母語，精通法語。攜夫人在中國(guó)任教12年。自2006年至今，Mr.Tanner一直從事于國(guó)際英語教學(xué)，擁有豐富的小學(xué)和中學(xué)英語口語授課經(jīng)驗(yàn)。指導(dǎo)學(xué)生英語發(fā)音，并幫助多名學(xué)生大幅提高他們的口語水平。精通法語。本著使學(xué)生成為探究者、思考著、交流者、反思者的理念一直奔波于國(guó)際教學(xué)的第一線。在我校教授高段英語口語課程，課堂沉穩(wěn)而不失幽默，在他的教授下學(xué)生的口音也非常標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

    Adrian Marc Tanner，an Englishman who graduated from University of Birmingham and got a bachelor's degree in education. The native language is English and proficient in French. She has been taught in China for 12 years with his wife. Since 2006, Mr.Tanner has been engaged in International English teaching, and has rich experience in spoken English Teaching in primary and secondary schools.     Alex, graduated from Lund University in Sweden,which is one of the best universities in the world. He likes reading, listening to music and playing computer games. Proficient in 4 languages, has been studying the way students learn English and memorize English. His class pays much attention to the methods, and the students benefit a lot.

    Ruan Van Niekerk ,一位精力旺盛、充滿熱情的合格的ESL教師。在我校教授戲劇和SSRW課程。使用PPT的教育歌曲、教育錄像和圖片等技術(shù)是他課程的重要組成部分。打開每一個(gè)孩子的想象力是非常重要的，利用這些不同的技術(shù)手段有助于激發(fā)他們的想象力和好奇心。他喜歡和孩子們一起工作，幫助他們成長(zhǎng)。他的課堂上，他帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生暢游英語故事劇的魅力，孩子邊表演邊練習(xí)英語，在舞臺(tái)上更是大膽展示，個(gè)個(gè)儼然英語小公主，小王子。

    Ruan Van Niekerk :An energetic and enthusiastic qualified ESL teacher who teach drama course at our school. Using PPT's educational songs, educational videos and pictures is an important part of his curriculum. It's very important to open every child's imagination. Using these different techniques stimulate their imagination and curiosity. He likes to work with children and help them grow. In his class, he led the students to enjoy the charm of the English drama, while the children performed and practise English, which was more bold on the stage.

    Marisa Van Niekerk ,擁有雙學(xué)位證書：國(guó)際教育學(xué)碩士學(xué)位和工業(yè)心理學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位。2011開始教書。當(dāng)我回到我的祖國(guó)南非時(shí)，我教了五年，擅長(zhǎng)科學(xué)和數(shù)學(xué)。在她的課堂上，錄像、圖片、歌曲、音樂和實(shí)驗(yàn)是激發(fā)學(xué)生的好奇心的必備部分。她是一個(gè)非常有愛心，努力工作并和藹可親的老師，經(jīng)常被孩子大大的擁抱包圍。在我校教授STEM和SSRW。有趣的科學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)，溫柔的老師，充滿好奇的課堂，讓孩子們體驗(yàn)不一樣的科學(xué)世界。

    Marisa:a dual degree certificate: Master's degree in international education and bachelor's degree in industrial psychology. She  starts to teach in 2011 and good at science and mathematics. In her class, videos, pictures, songs, music and experiments are necessary parts to arouse students' curiosity. She is a very loving, hard working and affable teacher who is often surrounded by children's big hug. In our school, she teaches STEM and SSRW. Interesting science experiments, gentle teachers, curious classroom, let children experience different world of science.

    Christopher Andersen,美國(guó)人，畢業(yè)于北卡羅來納州立大學(xué)，擁有國(guó)際教育證書。喜歡讀故事。在中國(guó)教學(xué)12年，熱愛中國(guó)的歷史和文化。教授過英語文化，英語口語，在我校教授SSRW和國(guó)際歷史。“快樂英語”是他的課堂風(fēng)格，純正的發(fā)音，深厚的歷史，美式的幽默讓孩子們深深愛上他的課堂。

    Christopher Andersen:American, graduated from North Carolina State University, has an international education certificate. He likes reading stories and hiking. He has been teaching in China for 12 years, and loves the history and culture of China. He taught English culture and spoken English, and taught SSRW and international history in our school. Happy English is his classroom style. Pure pronunciation, deep history and American humor make children deeply in love with his classroom.

    Sam:畢業(yè)于加拿大大學(xué)，國(guó)際教育學(xué)士學(xué)位。多年教授中國(guó)學(xué)生的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。課堂風(fēng)趣活潑，為人熱情開朗。愛好閱讀，足球，騎自行車，旅游。在青島為明學(xué)校教授英語口語。

    Sam：He graduated from Canadian university with bachelor degree in international education. Years of experience in teaching Chinese students. The class is lively and cheerful. He likes reading, playing football, cycling, tourism. He teaches spoken English in our school.
