人間四月芳菲盛，吾輩愛(ài)國(guó)情懷濃。4月15日一早國(guó)際部即將遠(yuǎn)赴美國(guó)求學(xué)的索斯蘭12年級(jí)學(xué)生們聚集在國(guó)旗下，主持本周的升旗儀式！他們用一顆誠(chéng)摯的愛(ài)國(guó)心大聲地表達(dá)著對(duì)祖國(guó)熱烈的愛(ài)！

    首先發(fā)言的是青島為明國(guó)際部外方學(xué)術(shù)主任Dr. Bradley先生，他表示雖然這不是自己國(guó)家的升旗典禮，但是他尊重中國(guó)國(guó)旗和文化，也希望孩子們?cè)诋悋?guó)他鄉(xiāng)能夠以自己的中國(guó)人身份為傲。他為孩子們驕傲，也希望孩子們?yōu)樽约簢?guó)家的文化，歷史和自己驕傲。

    接著12年級(jí)的同學(xué)以中英雙語(yǔ)的形式，闡釋著自己具有國(guó)際視野的愛(ài)國(guó)主義和中國(guó)夢(mèng)，讓我們一起感受他們的愛(ài)國(guó)心：

    作為接受?chē)?guó)際教育的中國(guó)學(xué)生，我們即將踏上前往國(guó)外大學(xué)征程，將踐行具有國(guó)際視野的愛(ài)國(guó)主義，在“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”中實(shí)現(xiàn)“個(gè)人夢(mèng)”。

    As a Chinese student receiving international education, we are about to embark on a journey to a foreign university, practice patriotism with an international vision, and realize a "personal dream" within the "Chinese Dream."

    “和世界共發(fā)展、與世界同分享”，“中國(guó)人是講愛(ài)國(guó)主義的，同時(shí)我們也是具有國(guó)際視野和國(guó)際胸懷的”，習(xí)近平主席的講話(huà)，向世界傳遞了實(shí)現(xiàn)民族復(fù)興、建設(shè)和諧世界的中國(guó)理念和愿景，準(zhǔn)確闡述了中國(guó)同世界的關(guān)系，也充分展現(xiàn)了愛(ài)國(guó)主義的國(guó)際視野。

    今年三月份世界名校哈佛大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)巴科首次訪(fǎng)問(wèn)中國(guó)，國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平在人民大會(huì)堂會(huì)見(jiàn)巴科校長(zhǎng)，習(xí)近平指出，教育交流合作是中美關(guān)系的重要組成部分，有助于增進(jìn)中美友好的民意基礎(chǔ)。新中國(guó)成立70年來(lái)、特別是改革開(kāi)放40年來(lái)，大批海外學(xué)成歸國(guó)的人才為中國(guó)的發(fā)展建設(shè)作出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。我們主張互學(xué)互鑒，鼓勵(lì)留學(xué)，支持中外教育交流合作，希望中美人文交流取得更多積極成果。習(xí)近平強(qiáng)調(diào)，改革開(kāi)放40年來(lái)，中國(guó)的快速發(fā)展很大程度上也得益于教育水平的提高。中國(guó)致力于推進(jìn)教育現(xiàn)代化、建設(shè)教育強(qiáng)國(guó)、辦好人民滿(mǎn)意的教育。我們將擴(kuò)大教育對(duì)外開(kāi)放，加強(qiáng)同世界各國(guó)的交流互鑒，共同推動(dòng)教育事業(yè)發(fā)展。

    In March of this year, Harvard University President Barco visited China for the first time. President Xi met with him in the Great Hall of the People, and pointed out that educational exchanges and cooperation are important aspects of Sino-US relation and help to promote Sino-US friendship. After New China has been founded by 70 years, especially by the 40 years of reform and opening up policy, a large number of people who have studied overseas have returned to China and made important contributions to China’s social development and construction. We advocate mutual learning, encourage studying abroad, support Chinese-foreign education exchanges and cooperation, and hope that Sino-US relationship will achieve more. President Xi also emphasized that over the past 40 years, China's rapid development has benefited from the improvement of education. China is committed to advancing the modernization of education, building a strong country in education, and running a satisfactory education for the people. We will expand education to the outside world, strengthen exchanges and mutual learning with countries around the world, and jointly promote the development of education.

    愛(ài)國(guó)主義要有國(guó)際視野，不是封閉排外。和平發(fā)展、合作共贏的外交理念，是中國(guó)夢(mèng)的世界維度。習(xí)主席的講話(huà)既給了我們鼓勵(lì)，讓我們有信心走出國(guó)門(mén)求學(xué)，同時(shí)也深感作為中國(guó)人肩上強(qiáng)烈的時(shí)代使命感和社會(huì)責(zé)任感。

    在當(dāng)前“一帶一路”倡議大背景下，國(guó)家需要富有國(guó)際視野、知曉國(guó)際規(guī)則、精通外國(guó)語(yǔ)言, 有著一定的專(zhuān)業(yè)影響力與社會(huì)聲譽(yù)的人才, 助推“打通人脈、互通人心”。國(guó)家的需求與我們個(gè)人的發(fā)展是相互一致的, “中國(guó)夢(mèng)”和“個(gè)人夢(mèng)”的實(shí)現(xiàn)是辯證統(tǒng)一的。在出國(guó)后的大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)生活中我們要努力學(xué)好專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)，提升個(gè)人素質(zhì), 在不久的將來(lái)努力承擔(dān)實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興這一歷史使命, 成為全面發(fā)展的、高素養(yǎng)的愛(ài)國(guó)主義踐行者。

    走出國(guó)門(mén)，我們身上貼著中國(guó)人的標(biāo)簽，一言一行代表著中國(guó)，面對(duì)不同文化的碰撞，我們要以“理性、開(kāi)放、合作、互學(xué)、互鑒”的觀念對(duì)待我國(guó)優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化, 立足于國(guó)家情懷, 放眼之國(guó)際視野, 敢于創(chuàng)新、勇于擔(dān)當(dāng)。珍惜國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)習(xí)生活的時(shí)光，提升對(duì)中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化的理解, 生動(dòng)地傳播愛(ài)國(guó)主義精神, 提升傳遞好“中國(guó)聲音”的能力。擁有國(guó)際化視野的同時(shí)具有濃厚的“中國(guó)情懷”, 既理性認(rèn)識(shí)到一些西方國(guó)家的別有用心, 又不固步自封, 對(duì)外講好“中國(guó)故事”、傳播“中國(guó)聲音”。

    又將是六月，伴著和煦的暖風(fēng)，我們就要告別我們的老師和學(xué)弟學(xué)妹們，作為12年級(jí)的學(xué)長(zhǎng)學(xué)姐，我們希望學(xué)弟學(xué)妹們也能充實(shí)利用這寶貴的中學(xué)時(shí)光。不管你們的未來(lái)是在國(guó)內(nèi)還是國(guó)外發(fā)展，都能取得優(yōu)異的成績(jī)，考上理想的大學(xué)。將來(lái)無(wú)論身處何地，從事何種工作，都為實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”而奉獻(xiàn)自己的綿薄之力。

    Time flies, In June, accompanied by the warm breeze, we are gonna to say goodbye to our teachers and classmates. The past three years had been both joyful and meaningful, in which we have studied hard and achieved good results; we have learned many lessens to be a better person; and we got friendship. As 12th graders, we hope you can also make full use of these valuable high school years. Regardless of whether your future is in China or abroad, we wish you to achieve excellence and get into your dream university. In the future, no matter where we are or what kind of work we are doing, we will contribute and devote our own efforts to realize the "Chinese Dream" in the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

    升旗儀式的最后，12年級(jí)的同學(xué)們演唱一曲《龍的傳人》表達(dá)自己作為一名中國(guó)人的驕傲，以及自己對(duì)于祖國(guó)，對(duì)于民族的那份深深的不容置疑的情懷！

    扎好中國(guó)根，鑄好中國(guó)魂，帶著民族自信，帶著中國(guó)智慧融入世界，讓世界成為鑄就我們的舞臺(tái)！整個(gè)升旗儀式，我們?cè)?2年級(jí)的同學(xué)們身上看到了民族的希望！相信，他們定能在異國(guó)他鄉(xiāng)的求學(xué)奮進(jìn)之上，將中華文化、民族精神傳承到世界的每一個(gè)角落！
